Insulated bulkheads are part of a successful operation of any "multi temp" trailer set up. Proper fit, durability and ease of use all combine to determine whether your system works or not. ITW Insulated Products offers the most complete line of bulkheads including a universal design, one piece, off center bi-fold, and two piece track mount.
All configurations offer: 18 oz. vinyl exterior laminated to the core to help maintain HACCP standards with:

- 50 MIL UHMV bottom Scuff Plate with a 5 year warranty against wear

- 2 Layers of 18 oz. perimeter vinyl to outperform the competition
- 4' Abrasion Plate for added Protection
- Two-Way Hinge for added strength and entry from either compartment
- Series "E" or "F" logistic Straps
- Fan Kit, Vent Kit or Cold Draw for Multitemp applications

2 Piece Bulkhead on Roller Track
Offers flexibility during loading and unloading. ITW's lightweight, flexible core allows easy access to roadside or curbside while other panel maintains temperature. Each panel lifts and stores easily against trailer ceiling.
