Skinny Bun Lite
ITW's new innovated patent pending insulated bulkhead designed with the transportation industry in mind. With a weight of only 74 pounds this light weight 3 inch thick bi-fold bulkhead is the value you are looking for. The core is a rigid extruded high density R-value foam. Laminated exterior vinyl with UHMW bottom scuff plate and molded handles.
Universal Bulkhead
The only true Universal Fit Patented Insulated Bulkhead on the market is developed by ITW Insulated Products.
The Universal Bulkhead was designed with versatility to fit multiple trailer dimensions within the same fleet. The Universal design allows it to fit older trailers with bowed ceilings and or walls. It is lighter weight, easier to install and a 2 piece - 2 inch thick design.

UniMax Adapter
The development of the patented single finger universal chute adapter the UniMax.
The UniMax Adapter and Chute body was designed with a low profile and high impact Adapter in mind. The molded plastic design fits both Thermo King and Carrier units. The UniMax adapter has proven to increase air flow and reduce “fluttering” By reducing fluttering it helps to decrease the possibility of delamination to the chute material. This unique design reduces the number of chute patterns needed for inventory.
DuroMax Return Air Bulkhead
ITW Insulated Products designed a return air bulkhead that allows immediate access to the Refrigeration Unit. The bottom section removes easily to clean the area where debris accumulates at the floor. ITW design goal was to increase airflow, incorporate super tough integrated pallet stops, built in debris screen and a removable design to allow servicing the Reefer unit a simple task.
The patent pending DuroMax offers the industry an efficient plastic return air bulkhead.
